A Mixed Experience with Charming Moments
We enjoyed our two-night stay, especially appreciating the lovely walks in Matlock Bath. The dinner selection was limited, but our meals were tasty. Consider requesting a room in the main building for a cozier vibe. Staff were helpful.

great ambiance but needs better maintenance
The ambiance was captivating with historic architecture that added charm to our stay. We particularly loved the pool view from our junior suite, making for a relaxing retreat in the evenings.
The hotel facilities had signs of neglect that impacted the overall comfort of our visit.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the New Bath Hotel & Spa. The Superior Double Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, featuring a lovely view that made our mornings special. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our children loved the outdoor pool, which was a great way for them to unwind after a day of exploring.
Some areas of the hotel appeared a bit worn.

Great spot for exploring Peak District
We stayed overnight and found the place well-located. Our room was spacious with comfy beds and a cute little balcony. The breakfast was decent too, and we enjoyed the snack bar option. Just be careful. the bathroom wasn't super clean with some obvious toothpaste blobs lying around. a nice budget-friendly choice, but needs better cleaning!

Great staff, cozy stay!
Had a nice 3-night stay. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was comfy, and I slept like a baby. The breakfast was decent, but it was kinda chaotic in the dining area. Oh, and the view from the balcony was a nice touch, despite the old pool looking a bit rough.

The room was cozy and spacious, with comfy beds and fresh linen. The bathroom was nice and bright, but there were some burn marks on the floor and a bit of grime in the bath. The overall vibe felt good, just a few things could've been better.
